Our Dell crashed and after trying what few ctrl alt delete moves I knew, I resolved to check out the Geek Squad at Best Buy. Best Buy is a great store we get a lot of stuff there. I was given an estimate between the ranges of $200 - $450 to fix the Dell. I also checked out Craigslist and came upon Jamies ad for computer repair. Jamie retrieved the data, restored the computer without buying parts, upgraded all the Windows XP software, and installed new anti virus software for $245. I am very happy with Jamies great service and the time he took to understand what problem resolution I was looking for. VALSAL Technologies is a real business that charges real state sales tax that was included in the $245."

Found Valsal on Craigslist, read the reviews and gave Jaime a call. Very helpful, prompt, listened to my problems with the PC. Came to my house, so patient and kind and understanding of all my problems. A very good teacher, cleaned my PC and I can't believe how fast it works now. Found Jaime on Craigslist. Our computer was running extremely slow and we were having problems with our internet. Jaime was quick to respond and provided a quick quote over phone. His professionalism and knowledge over the phone sealed the deal. He got our computer cleaned and up and running in less than a day for less than what he quoted!
